Shipping Rates
Continental US (50 states)
Ground shipping orders may be shipped via a variety of carriers including Fedex, USPS, and UPS.
International Orders
Please note that the Purrfectzone bidet kits do not fit toilets in Europe and Australia due to a different size in plumbing. We do NOT offer international shipping at this time.
If Your Product Is Damaged In Transit
If you notice damage, take pictures of the damage, and contact us at customerservice@purrfectzone.com. Items shipped via ground shipping must be reported within 14 days.
We will not be able to help with any complaints of damages, including visible or material defects, after the product has been installed or altered.
Delivery Details
Our Shipping Pledge
Orders received by Noon PST ship same day in most cases. We ship all orders within 2 business days.
Expedited Shipping
Expedited shipping orders must be in by Noon PST in order to ship out same day. All expedited orders submitted after noon PST will not ship out until the following day. Please be aware that all expedited shipment dates are counted in business days. Weekend dates are not counted.
Average Delivery Times
Orders usually take 3-7 business days. Orders to Canada take 4-8 business days.
Liability Release
Customers that use UPS My Choice, Fedex Delivery Manager, leaves written notes for drivers, or equivalent service that authorizes the release of a package when nobody is home are required to accept responsibility for any loss or damage to the package after it has been released at the address. Proof of delivery from the courier service will serve as conclusive evidence that the package was delivered successfully and that the customer will accept any loss or damage to the package after it has been released at the delivery address. Purrfectzone.com is not responsible for stolen packages and/or damage and loss when the customer authorizes the release using these services or changes the delivery address.
Details
- We are sorry, but we do not offer COD shipping services - all orders must be paid for prior to shipment.
- Please allow 5 - 7 business days for delivery (depending on your location) before contacting us regarding the status of your order. Due to our high volume of calls, order status inquiries should only be made by sending us an email.
- Tracking numbers will be emailed to the customer as soon as orders are shipped.
- Tracking information is usually available 24 hours after the order is shipped.
- Weights stated on order summary pages are shipping weights only and do not reflect the actual weight of products.
